Rather than give up, he asked his former boss whether he could start his own company, then went to see his customers. They followed him. Les Industries Andr\u00e9 was born in his own garage.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ia-etape\"><span class=\"ia-annee\">1988<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>The second generation<\/h3>\n<p>Richard and Jacques had been installing garage doors since their teens. In 1988 they bought the business, hence its official name: Les Industries Andr\u00e9 (1988) inc. For more than thirty years, they grew it one job at a time.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ia-etape\"><span class=\"ia-annee\">2022<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>The next generation<\/h3>\n<p>Siblings Samuel and Jessica Goyer take over the family business. Samuel, trained in finance and strategy, is President. Jessica, who studied management at Concordia, is General Manager.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ia-etape\"><span class=\"ia-annee\">Today<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>A team of about twenty people<\/h3>\n<p>Technicians, sales representatives and coordinators: about twenty people serving Vaudreuil-Soulanges, the West Island and Greater Montreal. From homes across the region to major projects such as the Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de transport de Montr\u00e9al, Hydro-Qu\u00e9bec and the Vaudreuil-Soulanges Hospital.<\/p>\n<p>We have also modernized the way we work, with new technology and better processes, for more accurate quotes and better-planned installations.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2>What has not changed since 1978<\/h2>\n<div class=\"ia-grille\">\n<div class=\"ia-carte\">\n<h3>Truly local service<\/h3>\n<p>We take the measurements, we advise you and our own technicians install your door.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ia-carte\">\n<h3>Quality products<\/h3>\n<p>Certified Garaga installers, plus commercial, high-speed and fire-rated doors from recognized manufacturers.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ia-carte\">\n<h3>Our customers&#8217; trust<\/h3>\n<p>Customers followed Andr\u00e9 in 1978.
